What plan is right for me?
A:
If you would like us to input all of your initial content, we suggest the Premium package. If you need an extra features, like a custom Paypal donation page or a live video stream, we suggest the Max package. If you want a great foundation for a website and are comfortable with inputting your own content, the Basic package would be right for you.
Q:
How will I be able to edit my website? Do I need to know code?
A:
Website updates are designed to be easy for everybody to use, and no coding knowledge is necessary. Updating your website is very similar to sending email or using a word processing program. All you need is a computer that is connected to the internet.

What if the look I choose gets updated?
A:
We provide you with free updates to your look for its entire lifetime!

What Content Management System do you use?
A:
We proudly build our express websites with Wordpress. We chose the platform based on satisfied feedback from our customers. You can read more about the platform here.

Are there any hidden fees?
A:
Nope. The rate for the package you chose is a fixed rate.
Q:
What if I need help after my website has been launched?
A:
We provide a comprehensive training session with every website build. During this session, you are free to ask any questions you have. If you find that you need additional support, we are available at an hourly rate of $75/hr (and $50/hr for non-profits). There is also a fantastic online community for Wordpress support here.
